The End of 2008

Wow, another year done. It seems like only yesterday (for me) that we were running around worrying about Y2K and whether or not the computers would all crash. I spent New Years dressed in shimmery silver (along with several of my friends) and we drank and celebrated the "new millennium". Tonight I will be celebrating quietly at home with some close friends, the kids, a few beers and a big meal. I hope everyone enjoys their own celebrations, whatever they may be, and I'll see you in 2009!

I'd like to start off with the 2S4Y Bonus Sketch. I had so much fun with this one I made 2 cards. The bonus for me was that I used up some older paper (Imagination Project, Center City Designs - Sutton Place line) that I haven't touched in ages and thought I would never find the right project for it. Well, voila!

Here is the 2S4Y Bonus Sketch by Katie Anderson:

I flipped the sketch on it's side and created these 2 cards. I am not the best photographer but I think these turned out pretty good!

Faux Bleach Tutorial and Featured Blog
First of all, check out Sherry Cleever's blog (Walkin' On The Bad Side), she has some beautiful cards and she posts all her supplies including the techniques she used.
